Lindsay Olson Farrell has been in the cosmetology industry for over 18 years, receiving her education at The College of Hair Design in Lincoln, NE. In 2012, Lindsay co-founded Ignite the Industry, taking sole ownership in the Fall of 2020. As the lead educator and owner, she has helped Ignite the Industry grow and change over the years, going from a small education company to the leading CE provider and only locally owned distributor in Nebraska, known as Ignite Beauty Supply. Lindsay is looking forward to taking the company to a new level, helping stylists become more successful with the help of education, salon support and the use of the best professional products. Lindsay also owns and operates South Pacific The Salon, located next to Ignite Beauty Supply in Omaha, where she still loves helping her clients feel fabulous from behind the chair. South Pacific also serves as an Ignite training space for up-close and in-depth cosmetology continuing education. Lindsay lives in Omaha with her husband, Johnny, and 15 year old son, Marcus.
Rachel Scott is the lead Sales and Salon Support Rep for Ignite Beauty Supply. Rachel joined the Ignite Team the Summer of 2016 and has built successful relationships with hairstylists across Nebraska. Rachel loves getting to know her customers needs and will go above and beyond to help them grow their business, whether they own a large salon, or are an independent stylist. A former Miss Nebraska, Rachel has poise, grace and a sincere kindness that are evident to all who meet her. An accomplished singer, when Rachel isn't helping stylists, she is teaching voice lessons, singing at an event or watching her 3 sons on the football field. Rachel lives in Omaha with her husband, Greg, and sons, Jayden, Sam and Wes.
