Rachel Scott
Ignite Sales and Support
As Business Development Consultant, Rachel plays a key role as a salon support and sales representative for Ignite the Industry. She enjoys seeing the growth and success in the clients she serves. She serves as a support system to offer solutions, new perspectives and motivation to professionals within the industry.
Rachel’s earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Performance from the University of Nebraska Kearney. Her previous experience includes the roles of professional musician, voice instructor, worship leader, retail associate manager and a client care specialist for Home Instead Senior Care. Rachel’s accomplishments include Miss Nebraska of 1996, 1997 contestant of the Miss America Pageant, Ambassador in the Great State of Nebraska Navy, Cum Laude graduate of University of Nebraska at Kearney and a recording artist with international distribution through Inciite Media.
Rachel likes to spend her free time exercising, song writing, blog writing, singing and cooking. She helps lead worship at her church and churches around the city. She regularly teaches voice lessons and serves as a volunteer in her kids’ school. Rachel has been married to her husband for twenty years and have three very active sons. They love to spend time together creating memories and laughing with their kids.
James McMillan
Inventory Specialist
James plays a key role with Ignite the Industry as an Inventory Specialist. He contributes his time with Ignite by preparing and shipping customer orders as well as organizing inventory. His passion involves helping out others and being a team player to achieve Ignite’s common goals.
James attended high school at Anselmo-Merna Public Schools and is a
student at Nebraska Methodist College where he is pursuing a degree in medical imaging. James has obtained numerous recognition's including P.T. Student Spotlight Award, Governor’s Ag Excellence Award, and scholarships.
James enjoys spending his downtime watching Netflix, hanging out with friends and his cat, Stubby. James also spends his time going to classes and a good amount of homework.
Hannah McNair
Inventory Specialist
Hannah is responsible for organizing all incoming and outgoing product. Her favorite part of her role is to learn about all the new products Ignite the Industry has to offer.
Hannah currently attends Concordia Lutheran High School. She enjoys spending her time taking voice lessons, dance classes and reading a good book. Hannah is the oldest sibling in her family and enjoys spending time with her family including her sister and twin brothers.
